With over two decades in the industry, his background spans high-end restaurants, country clubs, and large scale event venues across New Jersey, Philadelphia, and California. His experience includes everything from à la carte dining to large weddings, cultural events, and private celebrations.

Before joining The Cosmopolitan, he led culinary operations at private clubs and high-capacity restaurants, developing seasonal menus, training teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences.

Today, he brings that depth of experience to every event—designing menus that reflect each client’s vision while maintaining the elevated standards The Cosmopolitan is known for.
